We deliver New Zealand-wide, including regional and remote areas. Delivery may take a little longer, but there are no additional charges.
Yes. We offer free shipping on all rugs, New Zealand-wide.
If your item is in stock, our team aim to pick your order in 1 business day, so once it is on route, the estimated delivery times will vary, depending on your location. As an estimate, the shipping timeframe within NZ is generally 6-9 business days if there are no unforeseen delays.

North Island: 1 - 6 days
South Island: 2 - 9 days

How do you know if your item is in stock? We list on the product page how quickly the item will leave the warehouse, it is also in your order confirmation.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you tracking details so you can follow its journey.
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@missamara.nz, via Live Chat or by calling us on (09) 801 6451. We’ll do our best to make changes before your order is dispatched.
If you’re not home, the courier will usually leave your order in a safe place if one is available.
If it’s not safe to do so, they’ll contact you to arrange a new delivery time.

If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you can’t locate it, please contact our Support team as soon as possible.
We’ll follow this up directly with the courier and help resolve it for you.
Delivery to your apartment door depends on building access.
If there’s a secure or locked entrance, the courier will usually ring the intercom. If you’re unavailable and there’s no safe place to leave the parcel, they’ll contact you to reschedule.

All Miss Amara items are delivered by our courier partners to your nominated street address.
For safety and handling reasons, couriers aren’t permitted to enter private residences or carry heavy rugs up more than three flights of stairs. In apartment buildings, this means delivery may not always be possible directly to your front door, and you may be asked to meet the driver at the building entrance.
Where delivery to the front door isn’t possible, the courier will do their best to leave your order in the most convenient and safe location available.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Pick Up Point. If you’re unsure which delivery address to use, you can reach out to our team via Live Chat, and we’ll be happy to help.
