Our courier partners are experiencing higher than usual freight volumes nationally, both due to the festive season, and COVID-19. In the month of December, please add 2 business days to all ETAs to allow for delays due to this higher volume.

For orders placed between Monday, December 6th 2021 through to Sunday, January 2nd 2022, both our warehouse and courier partners will be operating at a reduced capacity - especially during public holidays - and limited orders will be dispatched before Monday, January 3rd 2022. There may be limited delivery and dispatch windows available. If your rug is being dispatched during this time, you will receive a shipping notification. Please also note that our warehouse will be closed on public holidays.

Free Delivery

At Miss Amara, we don’t believe you should have to pay for shipping. This means the price you see when you add your rug to cart is all you will pay! Shipping is free New Zealand-wide, no exceptions.

We know that once you’ve bought your beautiful rug, you’ll want to settle it into its new home right away.

The time it takes to get your rug to you will vary but we’ve done our best to give you an idea of how long:

For now our rugs and accessories are only available to people living in New Zealand, Australia and Hong Kong but we love to travel and our rugs do too so we hope to explore new countries in the future!
