Firstly I need to give this company credit, they have been really helpful and have great customer service support and are very responsive. This company I will be giving 5 stars based on their customer service side.
However, the rug I received was not to the quality standard I would expect for a rug of this price. First I was going to maybe let it go and try and get the stains out myself but there was too many to justify my time cleaning a brand new rug which should already be spotless. I believe that maybe this was missed for their quality control? None the less it is a lovely rug and I am in the process of returning the rug I have and getting another of the same rug in it’s replacement, I am hoping that the rug I receive will be at a better quality with no yellow stains, black marks or pulls in the threads. Rug quality would be 3 stars for the rug I received.
