LOVE LOVE LOVE PHEOBE RUG!!! The colour is exactly as in the advertising photo EXCEPT when there is sunlight on her. It transforms to very light whitish/silvery colours (reminds me of fallen snow). . . See my photos. If you brush the rug the opposite way to the natural pile it changes colour quite drastically (just depends on the light as well). I adore this rug - goes perfectly in my bedroom. The only complaint was the shipping (advertised as leaving warehouse 1 to 3 days). It ended up taking much longer (almost 2 weeks) and was tricky as I had planned a week holiday so had it sent to another safer address. By the last days of the holiday still no rug - I rang Miss Amara to try to redirect the rug to our home address, but they said this wasn't possible. The rug arrived about 10 days after this (which I felt was plenty of time for a redirection). Hence I then had to pay to have it bought out to our home (as it was far to large and heavy for me to carry in my 4 wheel drive)! The packaging was professionally done (big tick there) but was extremely disappointed that the Customer support couldn't help with the change of address. Thank you - the dazzling beauty of the rug was worth the hassle!

The online photos of the rug look as though it has it a little more blue in it, but there is more grey than blue. In saying that, it matches perfectly so I'm not unhappy about it. Communication from Amara was excellent.
